What’s different about the personal training we offer from our general classes? Well, classes are group personal training. You’ll still get help with your form, encouragement and some personal attention, but with one on one personal training sessions, you can work on your specific goals and we’ll create a session that’s bespoke and personal to you and what you want to achieve. Want to run a marathon, sign up for Iron Man, compete for your county or simply lose a few pounds before your holiday? Personal training is a great way to ensure you smash those goals.
We’ve got dedicated trainers who specialise in a variety of workouts, and no matter what your aims for your training sessions, we can get you there. Our trainers have worked with MMA fighters, BMX bikers and cross-country mountain bikers, and even to Olympic standards, so wherever you want to go, we can make it happen together.
With highly-qualified coaches and more quality equipment than you can shake a kettlebell at, all in a huge 7000 square feet of space to have fun in, why wouldn’t you want to give this everything you’ve got?

HAVE A QUESTION?
How much does personal training cost?
It’s £40 an hour for one off sessions, so if you simply want to try it out, or you want an hour with one of us to help you with your form or help you set some realistic goals, you can do that. Or you can go for it and block book your sessions - and the more you book, the cheaper it gets.
Is there a minimum booking?
Not at all. You can just try a one-hour session with no commitment to book further sessions unless you want to.
I’m not very fit. Wouldn’t personal training be too much for me?
We start at your level, right where you are and work with you to help you reach your goals. All of our personal training is tailored to you, your fitness level and what you need. We will push you, but never to the point where it’s more than you can handle.

INDUCTION
We offer a long induction that’s more like a course over three evenings to ensure you get to know everyone, and you know how to do all the fundamentals of CrossFit.

GET STARTED
Once you’ve had your induction, you have unlimited access with our membership and can come to classes and open gym sessions as often as you like.
