OUR PRICING

You’ll pay just £30 for your 3 induction classes and your first month, and then it’s £50 per month for unlimited usage, including class bookings, gym access, free access to our training app and discounted courses. Or if you prefer, you can stick with drop in sessions at £7.50 each time – perfect if you’re on holiday in the area and you can’t bear to miss your beloved Crossfit even for a week, though, to take part in drop in sessions, you must have undertaken at least our 3-class induction or an induction at another Crossfit gym. We even offer a free taster session so you can find out if you like us and our classes before you sign up.

FAQ

HAVE A QUESTION?

Is there a minimum membership term?

No. If you don’t want a full membership, you can just pay £7.50 for each drop-in session, as long as you’ve either been through our induction or an induction at another Crossfit gym.

Do I have to pay extra for my induction?

No, in fact your first month’s membership is only £30, and it includes all three evenings of your induction, and the rest of the month!

How much is a personal training session?

Our personal training sessions start at £40 for a one-hour single session, and then if you love it (and you will!), you can block book further sessions, and the more you book, the more the price comes down.

Beyond the whiteboard

A Fitness Tracker and training diary app that gives you a fitness score based on your performance, logs your workouts, tells you the workout that you’ll be doing at the gym and helps you to tackle weaknesses.

ROMWOD

We have an area in the gym where members can get access to ROMWOD, which is online yoga with a focus on improving CrossFit performance by stretching/mobilising tight areas.

MobilityWOD

In the same area as the ROMWOD, members can access the online mobility catalogue available at MOBWOD. Members can either follow daily programming or put trouble areas into the search engine and the website will find stretches, massages and things to do to help! - All focused on CrossFit and Weightlifting.

We offer a long induction that’s more like a course over three evenings to ensure you get to know everyone, and you know how to do all the fundamentals of Crossfit.

Once you’ve had your induction, you have unlimited access with our membership and can come to classes and open gym sessions as often as you like.
