You really can’t go wrong with our opening hours, whether you’re an early bird or you prefer to work out later on. We open at 5.30am and don’t close until 9.30pm, so there’s plenty of time to get your workout in, and no excuses!
Our goal at Hexis is to program the Workout of the Day (WOD) so that you hit a variety of workout times and domains. Generally speaking, across a week, you’ll do one ‘Strength Only’ WOD, so you can develop strength and technique without the cardio aspect, one ‘Heavy’ Workout, including heavy barbells or objects, so you can lift heavy with a high heart rate, and one ‘Long’ workout, where the workout is 20 minutes plus. Then every Friday will be a fitness score workout, to improve your Beyond the Whiteboard rating.

HAVE A QUESTION?

Do I have to do certain classes?

Not at all. Our coaches will recommend what classes you need depending on your fitness goals, but this is supposed to be fun! If you don’t enjoy a class, you won’t get as much out of it and, chances are, you won’t stick with it. We’ve got a huge schedule with a variety of classes and plenty of open gym time where you can do what you want to do at your own pace, so make it work for you!

Can I get a personal trainer?

Yes, absolutely! Take a look at our personal training page for more information. You can start with just one hour session at £40 to see how you like it and then after that, the more hours you block book, the cheaper it gets.
